Attended Law School and the focus was Employment Law (did not complete law school because he moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where he opened a Bed and Breakfast and real estate offices). Awarded a master's in human resources management from Golden Gate University. Mark worked in the Human Resources field for over 13 years with Nikko Hotels in Beverly Hills and in San Francisco. He specializes in all the various HR Disciplines. Mark provides full Real Estate Services with a strong focus on working with Sellers, Buyers, Rental Investment Buyers, 1031 Exchange Transactions, Landlords, Renters, and Relocation Services and serves the San Francisco Bay Area. Mark also provides full Corporate Relocation Services for Employers for Employees moving from all over the World and within the United States to work in San Francisco in the Tech Industry and or other Industries. Mr. Venegas once owned four real estate offices in Mexico. He was headquartered in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and also had an office near the Punta Mita, Mexico Four Seasons. He has also represented Condo Developments in Cancun, Puerto Morelos, and Tulum, Mexico for Americans buying beachfront vacation properties. He has listed and sold several properties in San Francisco and has represented many buyers. He has sold apartment buildings in SF and did 1031 Exchanges into Nashville, Tennessee, and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
